BREEAM and LEED Certification

Sustainable construction ensures economic benefits throughout the whole building lifecycle – lower operation and maintenance costs and increase in real-estate value, as well as social benefits, such as safety, comfort and healthy environment. Sustainable construction reduces adverse impact on the environment and ensures long-term building quality, which is assessed by independent and internationally recognized methods.

To assess sustainability of buildings we provide consulting by certified specialists for new construction and reconstruction projects, as well as certification of existing buildings in international certification systems LEED and BREEAM. We provide certification and supervision of solution conformity in all project development stages and prepare reports for international certification institutions.

CMB has three certified BREEAM assessors. We work with BREEAM New Construction, BREEAM In-Use, LEED New Construction systems and consider certifying buildings in other systems.
