On the 1st of January 2016, Society for Transparency - Delna began implementation of the project “Integrity Pact – Supervision of European Union (EU) Projects” managed by the Transparency International and financed by the European Commission. The project is simultaneously implemented in 11 EU countries, using Integrity Pact as a tool for supervision of the EU financed projects. In accordance with terms of the project, Delna supervises the project “Riga Tram Infrastructure Development” implemented by “Rigas Satiksme” Ltd. Within the framework of the contract, CMB provides consulting on construction issues, including market price estimates for construction works, analysis of construction process cash flow, construction site inspection, assessment of technical documentation and identification of possible fraudulent cases.
