In accordance with terms of the contract, energy audit and energy certification was provided for the office building on Dzelzavas street 117. During the audit thermographic and electrical energy measurements were done for assessment of ventilation system operation. As a result of energy audit, recommendations were provided for energy efficiency improvement measures to reduce energy consumption of building technical engineering systems. Total area of the building 8 176.8 m², heated area of the building 7 629. 5 m².
