In accordance with terms of the contract, structural design for reconstruction of the historical building was developed, including approval of technical solutions, assessment of reconstruction concept in outline design level from the aspect of structural stability. Additionally, the design of engineering communications, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply, fire safety, wastewater and rainwater system design was developed. High complexity design conditions due to site’s location within the territory of UNESCO World Culture and Nature Heritage Territory “Riga Historic Centre”. Design area 5415 m².
Design was developed in collaboration with general contractor “Kalve Arhitekti” Ltd.
